Yellow Eye is a Swedish company on a mission to create a new experience within coffee and spirits. We are driven by the idea of being bold and creative. We don't just want to be another spirit brand.
Our first product is a coffee-infused rum liqueur – combining organic coffee from the Swedish award-winning roastery Johan & Nyström with oak-aged rum from Paraguay.

Every bottle is produced at Gripsholm Distillery, an hour from Stockholm. And by sourcing each ingredient ethically and having sustainability as a key focal point, we simply want people to enjoy higher-quality spirits.
Our Story
The story of Yellow Eye is quite straight forward. We met in 2016 while studying in Lund, Sweden and quickly became friends. We soon realised that we shared a passion for mixology (you know, a more fancy word for bartending) and throughout our time in Lund we worked together in the bar industry - while, mind you, still studying hard.
During this time we discovered that we both thought something was missing on the market - a coffee liqueur that wasn't too sweet. This coupled with our mutual belief that coffee and spirits are great on their own, but combining is even better – the idea of Yellow Eye was born.
After countless batches and recipes that weren’t right, we finally found a blend that wasn't too sweet or too bland. Simply put, a product that was well-balanced and could be enjoyed as a liqueur or as a cocktail ingredient.
